Shengyang Electronics is a wholly owned subsidiary of SY Science and Technology. Shengyang Science and Technology Co Ltd was founded in 2003, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2015. The core company technologies include Wired Signal Transmission, Wireless Signal Transmission, Integrated Circuit Displays and Communication Base Stations. In 2017 the Wireless Signal Transmission division was enhanced by starting a new high technology RF and Microwave design team based in the UK, and a high quality high volume / low cost manufacturing team based in China. This new team was created to be able to support the growing business within the Operator Satellite communications market. The design team is a world class, innovative technology leader with 30 years plus design experience in RF and Microwave from low MHz to over 30GHz. In 2021, a new high technology manufacturing facility, ShengYang Electronics, was set up in Tanzhou, GuangDong province, China, in order to better support the high technology, high quality side of this business for Wireless Products. The manufacturing capability is leading edge with a management team that has 30 plus years of experience in RF and Microwave products
